To ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process, we kindly ask you to take note of the following eligibility criteria:
  • The refund request must be made within three (3) days of the original Contract purchase.
  • Within this period, usage for each product should not exceed the specified limits: used less than 5 times.

Please be aware of the following additional details:
  • Refunds are not automatically processed. If you wish to opt out of our services and request a refund, please reach out to us within three days of account termination.
  • By default, account cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
  • We regret that we cannot offer refunds for any usage that falls outside of our 3-day refund policy. It is essential to communicate your refund request within this timeframe.
  • Please note that refunds are not available if you have utilized your account within the same calendar month as your refund request unless it falls within the 3-day money-back guarantee period. To avoid any future subscription charges, we strongly recommend canceling your account promptly.
  • Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not provide refunds for previous months' charges or any additional costs incurred on your account.
