To ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process, we kindly ask you to take note of the following eligibility criteria:
- 1. The refund request must be made within three (3) days of the original Contract purchase.
- 2. You have not used our product within three (3) days after purchase.
- 3. Refunds are not automatically processed.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within three days of purchasing. We regret that we cannot offer refunds that falls outside of our 3-day refund policy. It is essential to communicate your refund request within this timeframe. Please note that refunds are not available if you have utilized your account within the same calendar month as your refund request. Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not provide refunds for previous months' charges or any additional costs incurred on your account.
